Standard delivery
All small or low value item shipping prices are based on Royal Mail UK Mainland, Special, Next Day or 2 - 3 Day delivery options. Larger or Higher value items may cost more.

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £50 and over from Daniel Stores, either in-store or online.
This does not include beds, mattresses & furniture items including mirrors.

It's also free for orders of any value if you opt to collect from one of our stores using our Click & Collect service.
This is subject to availability, and excludes gift vouchers, Channel Islands, international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services.

Beds & Furniture Delivery

Furniture and heavy items are delivered via a national home delivery specialist with a 1 to 3 day delivery option or direct from the manufacturer. Total delivery time is subject to manufacturers delivery times on large or bespoke order items.
Furniture deliveries are available within 25 miles of our stores in Windsor, Ealing and Chiswick. Please check to see if delivery is free within your area. Most of our mattress deliveries will include delivering your mattress direct to your bedroom. We can also arrange to dispose of your old mattress at a cost of £40 depending on your area.
Please note, some items due to their lower prices or carriage restrictions such as fragile items will incure a delivery charge up to £80. This includes mirrors and some smaller furniture items.

Online Beds & Furniture including FREE Next Day and Express Delivery

Order online by 12 noon and we can despatch on a Next Day Delivery Service for delivery by 6pm the following day. (UK Mainland only. Does not include Saturday / Sunday)
In addition to the above, a Next Working Day Delivery Service is available to the UK Mainland on most Relaxateeze Recliners as well as the Sherborne Malvern and Lynton 'Lift & Rise' Recliners which can be ordered with either Dual or Single motors in a choice of three popular fabrics.

Weekend Delivery

Free Local Delivery
All other items can be shipped free locally in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, West London, London and areas within Surrey and Oxon. Furniture deliveries are available within 25 miles of our stores in Windsor, Ealing and Chiswick. Please check to see if delivery is free within your area.
You can confirm if you qualify for Free local delivery by getting a 'Delivery Quote' on the shopping cart page. In the Estimate Shipping & Tax box enter your county and postcode, click 'Get Quote' and the system will confirm if you qualify for 'Free Home Delivery'.

Why not try our FREE Click & Collect service?

Simply place your online order by 4:00pm (Mon - Fri), and we'll make sure it's available for you to collect after 2:00pm the next day (subject to availability) at our Windsor store.
The service is available for most but not all of the items we sell, so please check individual product pages when you place an order. We're unable to accept orders that include items for collection from one of our shops as well as items for delivery, so in these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery.
Important: For your security, please unsure your bring your invoice and the credit/debit card you used to place the order with you.

Ordering from abroad (USA and select EU countries)

If you wish to purchase from the EU or the USA you may select your required currency in the header at the top of the page.
Our money conversion / exchange rates are calculated daily and may vary. When ordering items to ship abroad, place the order as normal selecting your country and state and choose the delivery option 'Confirmation required for special price'. We will then obtain a competitive price for shipping to your destination and confirm the cost with yourselves before processing the order.

When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers. Returns & Replacements

Change or cancel an order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

  • If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
  • If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01753 801000 between 9am and 5:30pm Monday - Saturday, 10:30am and 4:30pm Sunday, or email us here. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
  • If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to our Windsor store.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including underwear and made-to-measure items. Please see below for more details.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

  • If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. Sign into My Account here. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 01753 801000 between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, 10:30am and 4:30pm Sunday.
  • If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.
  • If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on 01753 801000.

Ordering

Placing your order

Once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the “Your basket” link at the top of your screen.

  • You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.)
  • You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.
  • If you’ve already registered online with Daniel Stores, simply enter your email address and password.
  • At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page
  • When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order now’ button and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after we've received it.
  • Your confirmation email will have the subject line 'Daniel Stores: New order # order number'. In the this email, you'll find information about your order.
  • Check the details and contact us immediately should you need to amend any errors.
  • If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, or you have any other questions, then please email our Customer Services team or phone us on 01753 801000 any time between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, 10:30am and 4:30pm Sunday.

For most products sent directly from our warehouse, your credit/debit card will only be charged when your order is despatched. If the product is being delivered direct to you from one of our suppliers, for example in the case of larger products such as electrical appliances and furniture or beds, you may be charged at any point between confirmation of your order and despatch.

Prices at Daniel Stores

All our prices include UK VAT but exclude delivery charges. Standard delivery is currently free on all orders over £30 as in our shops, but we do charge for next and named day delivery (except furniture and beds - see 'Shipping and Delivery' for more details). If you order online and collect from our shops (available on selected items), then delivery is free regardless of order value. Find out more about our click & collect service.

Our online prices are the same as in our stores, although occasionally you may find a lower price in one of our stores if they're matching the price of a local competitor, or online if we have a danielstores.co.uk special offer.

Price Matching

We regularly check our prices to ensure that we offer you the best value.
If you find any of the items on our website at a lower price and you wish us to consider price matching them, please contact us either by phone or via our contact us page with the following details:

  • Contact details, telephone number or email address
  • All products you are looking to buy
  • All product prices, including delivery charge of other company
  • Exact website address where you have seen the items cheaper
  • We will then take a look and if we can price match we will do so.

We will check the details and will let you know our decision as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions

  • All products must be available on our website
  • We don't price match if the delivery service is not comparable with ours
  • The products must be to the exact specification including size, any special or extra options
  • The brand and model of the item must be exactly the same, not like for like
  • The web store must be recognised as a "reputable" retail company. We don't price match with drop shippers etc.
  • The company must be a legitimate stockist.
  • They must be a legally trading UK retailer.


We cannot price match the following items:

  • Shop damaged products
  • Seconds
  • Older models/versions of current products
  • Shop floor items
  • Second hand items
  • Discontinued lines
  • Returns
  • Out of stock items
  • Bundle offers e.g Mattress and bed frame bundles.
  • The price isn't stated clearly on either website
  • Where the retailer/website are not "official" retailer stockists


We do not guarantee we will price match and are under no obligation to do so if by doing so we would suffer a loss as a consequence.

Promotions

We occasionally undertake on-line promotions that can be redeemed during the payment process by entering the 'promotion code' (see below).

Free Mattress Disposal

During this promotion we can collect and dispose of your old mattress at no extra charge. Usual cost of mattress disposal is approximately £40 depending on location. Please be aware that some locations may not qualify for free disposal. UK mainland only.

Clearance bargains:

Reduced for clearance - Goods we no longer wish to stock, such as discontinued lines or colours

Special buy - These products offer exceptional value. We can sell them at such keen prices because we've obtained discounts from suppliers on one-off ranges for a limited period

Ex-display - These items are previous display items. They may have minor imperfections, but this won't detract from the overall beauty or function of the product.

Like all goods we sell, Clearance bargains offer a keen combination of quality and value. All our usual services apply during Clearance, including free standard delivery on orders over £30 (except furniture and beds - see 'Shipping and Delivery' for more details).

Viewing Orders

If you wish to view your online orders simply click on 'My Account' in the top menu bar or click here to go the `My Account` page. Then simply enter your email address and password and you will then be able to view all your on-line orders.

Then simply enter your email address and password and you will then be able to change the details that you originally gave.

Please note that voucher codes are not redeemable on the following products:

How to redeem your voucher code:
