You know a good company by how they handle problems. Our bed arrived, but the headboard was not quite what we expected. Even though this happened on a Saturday, one of the firm's directors, Tony Durkin, immediately came to our home to sort out the problem, gave us his mobile number so that we could contact him if necessary and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction by the end of the week. We were delighted with the service Daniel Beds provided to us, and we are looking forward to many happy nights sleeping on our new Jensen bed.
