Sales Assistants

Full time - 37.5 hours including weekend rota

We have vacancies for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to work in various departments across the store. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers and encouraging customer loalty whilst achieving a high standard of stock presentation, stock replenishment, till service and product knowledge. You will need to be a team player with great communication skills and the ability to work at weekends on a rota basis. Previous retail experience would be an advantage but we will consider applicants who have the customer service and team working skills we are looking for.

Despatch / Warehouse Assistant

Permanent/Full time

We are looking for an experienced Despatch/Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse activities.

Responsibilities include receiving delivery of goods and storing them, checking for damaged or missing items, moving stock by hand or with machines, packing and wrapping goods, preparing goods for despatch, keeping stock records and cleaning the warehouse.

For this position, you must have excellent manual handling skills and be able to work weekends occasionally. A friendly, helpful attitude is important for this role. A clean driving licence is preferred, but not essential.

Lingerie Consultant

Full time - 37.5 hours including weekend rota.

We have a vacancy for an experienced lingerie consultant to join our team of in-store lingerie consultants. You will be dedicated to a prestigious lingerie brand, carrying out fittings and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Previous lingerie fitting experience is preferred as is experience of a preium brand in a retail environment.

Technical Sales Assistant - Jennings Sound & Vision

Full time

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and enthusiastic team while gaining valuable customer service skills and knowledge in consumer electronics.

Main tasks: Dealing with customers in-store and by telephone and developing customer loyalty, maintaining shop displays and working areas, handling transactions and assisting with installations and deliveries

  • A customer focus, remembering that the guy on the other side pays all our wages
  • A nice cool head even when things are manically busy
  • A good team spirit – it makes everyone’s life easier

  • A cool head when the going gets tough
