Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £30 either in-store or online. This excludes gift vouchers, international delivery destinations including Scottish Highlands and Islands and premium delivery services.

For orders under £30, delivery is £3.95. We also offer express delivery at £7.95

FREE Click and Collect Windsor

You can collect from our Windsor store using our FREE Click & Collect service. Simply place your online order. We will email you when it’s ready to collect

Delivery for bedroom and furniture

For beds and furniture, delivery is free on orders over £500. For orders under £500, you will be advised of delivery fees at checkout. If you ordered a bed, mattress or furniture, please note we do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey. We do not deliver to the following Highlands postcodes: PA, PH, IV and KW.

Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

Returns

If you need to make a return, you can do this at our Windsor store or by post. We also offer a 14-day online returns policy. Goods must be in resaleable condition..

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

1. Underwear, hosiery, swimwear, hats, electricals, pillows and mattresses (including mattress toppers)
