Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 either in-store or online. This excludes gift vouchers, international delivery destinations including Scottish Highlands and Islands and premium delivery services.
For orders under £50, delivery is £4.95. We also offer express delivery at £7.95

Delivery for bedroom and furniture
For beds and furniture, delivery is free on orders over £500. For orders under £500, you will be advised of delivery fees at checkout.
Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Returns
If you need to make a return, you can do this at our Windsor store or by post. We also offer a 14-day online returns policy. Goods must be in resaleable condition..
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
1. Underwear, hosiery, swimwear, hats, electricals, pillows and mattresses (including mattress toppers)
2. Goods made to the customer's specification and special orders
